200m head = about 20 Bar. Plastic pipework is available for this pressure range eg. xlpe. Discuss application with pipe manufacturer. Consider temperature of fluid, abrasion of pipe due to fluid/ externals, thermal expansion . Install non-return valves to prevent back-flow through pump and limit backflow in event of leak . Consider maintenance operations fit isolating valves etc. Provide signage warning of high pressure fluid.
