David is Chief Surveyor/Planner for Tancoal Energy Tanzania, where he has been since September 2011.
He has over 7 years of 3D mine design and survey software (such as Surpac, Vulcan and Datamine) including developing mineral resource models for copper, gold, and coal deposits. Before joining Tancoal Energy heI worked in Zimbabwe with Drill Seek Minerals at Hwange Colliery Open cast as a Site Surveyor.
He joined Drill Seek Minerals from Rio Tinto in Zimbabwe where he was working as a Section Surveyor at Renco Mine.
In addition, his experience includes working for Copper Queen Mine which was owned by Zimbabwe Mining Development Cooperation as a Project Surveyor.
He acquired his P.L.S diploma in 1990 and went on to obtain a certificate of competence in Site Engineering with ENKA Engineering College in 2008.
