Colleague: From an operator performance standpoint, I have found a compliment of simulation, computer based training & classroom elements to provide th emost effective and comprehensive results. Focus CI projects can be developed using these tools to maximize not only operator improvement but also utilization of a mine sites training team. From these training sessions, histograms can be developed to indicate shift in risk profiles of a site as well asidentify areas still weak and in need of improvements.
